Description

This ready to eat mix is made from organic barley, organic lentils and organic chickpeas and are a tasty and nutritious alternative to pasta and the like for quick meals. Simply add the contents of the pack and process further according to your recipe in salads, stews, as a side dish or as a filling in a strudel, quiche and more. A wonderful staple to have on hand in the pantry!

Preparation: The pre-cooked barley, lentils and chickpeas can be consumed immediately. Can be served warm too - heat about 2 tablespoons of water in a pan, add the contents of the pack and heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
