Description
Organic Golden Millet by Alnature - delicious as a side dish in sweet as well as savoury recipes. The nutty taste is particularly tasty in salads and casseroles.
Recommendation for preparation:
Rinse 125 g millet in hot water and bring to the boil in 2 to 3 times the amount of water. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes and leave for a further 10 minutes before serving.
