Description
This organic olive oil by Alnatura can be used for cooking purposes. Since it is a mixture of refined and virgin olive oil, it can be heated to higher temperatures. It is very mild in taste because of steam deodorisation and harmonies very well with the flavours of the food cooked in it without altering it. This special olive oil is suitable for roasting, baking, grilling or as an ingredient in dressings, spreads and dips. The olives used to make this oil are organic.
Note: This frying oil is NOT suitable for deep frying!
