Description
This raw cane sugar has a light golden colour, a fine grain texture and pleasant sweetness. It is the perfect substitute for regular refined sugar everywhere such as for sweetening drinks, for baking or to round off savoury dishes. Raw cane sugar is made from the juice of freshly harvested sugar cane that is purified and concentrated in a vacuum. This triggers a natural crystallisation process that guarantees its fine-grained structure. The sugar cane is grown according to organic guidelines.
