Description
This short-grain rice is particularly recommended for the preparation of rice pudding and desserts such as rice casserole and trifle. Once cooked, the rice has a creamy texture with a tender bite. The cooking time is about 25 minutes. Vegan and of fine organic quality.
How to prepare: For 2 people, add 125 g of rice to 500 ml of milk or a milk alternative such as oat milk and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer gently with the lid on for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally and process further as required in your recipe.
