Description
Coconut sugar has a pleasantly sweet taste that is somewhat reminiscent of caramel. Due to the low melting temperature, the unrefined sugar melts very quickly. This makes it perfect for cocktails, teas, desserts and marinades.
The sugar is also interesting because it compliments the flavors of meat and fish! You can also use the sugar as a substitute for conventional sugar when baking.
