Description
The main ingredient of this popular golden milk is turmeric. The spice can have a cleansing and energizing effect. Turmeric has long been a central ingredient in traditional Indian medicine.
The pepper contained in the spice mixture ensures that the curcumin contained in turmeric can be absorbed better. Ginger can also help fuel the metabolism.
Recipe:
- For one cup of Golden Milk, heat 250 ml of milk and add 1 teaspoon the Golden Milk Spice. Stir well.
- For extra oomph, add a half-teaspoon of coconut oil. Sweeten to taste with honey, sugar or coconut sugar.
