Recommended Use:

  • Apply the Golden Drops with the pipette drop by drop to the 12 Marma points. Massage lightly in.

Approach for women :

  1. Sahasrara = Crown Chakra, 1 golden drop
  2. Vidhura = behind the ear, left earlobe, 1 golden drop
  3. Vidhura = behind the ear, right earlobe, 1 golden drop
  4. Krikatika = neck, neckline - middle, 1 golden drop
  5. Talahridaya = center of the palm - left, 1 golden drop
  6. Talahridaya = center of the palm - right, 1 Golden Drop
  7. Talahridaya = Left - center of sole, 1 golden drop
  8. Talahridaya = Right - center of the sole of the foot, 1 golden drop
  9. Janu = right kneecap, 1 golden drop
  10. Janu = left kneecap, 1 golden drop
  11. Kurpara = left elbow, 1 golden drop

Note for men:
