Description
This naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is made from fully ripe apples grown in South Tyrol. It adds a delightfully tangy and fruity note to salads and vegetables. The apples are first pressed into juice and then gently processed into must which is fermented in pure vinegar and finally bottled in a naturally cloudy state. It is also ideal for preserving vegetables and making marinades and chutneys.
