Description

These organic Ayurveda cookies are made with traditionally roasted chickpea flour as the base. The recipe contains organic ghee from certified hay milk as well as a finely balanced spice blend of Ceylon cinnamon, orange peel, allspice, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and mace. Chia seeds add texture and palm sugar adds a sweet taste. Due to the baking process, the cookies maintain their firm texture and are a great alternative to Ayurvedic snacks for travel.
