Amchur is extracted from green (unripe) mangoes through the process of drying and grinding. It gives Indian food a typical sweet-tart flavour.
The flavour is reminiscent of lime or tamarind leaf. Amchur is suitable for chicken, potatoes, fish, legumes, beans, eggplant and curry.
The product is vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free and has raw food quality.
