The Organic Black Ayurvedic Rice by Cosmoveda is a particularly strong and nutty tasting whole grain rice with a black-brown colour.
Preparation:
- Boil the rice in 2.5 times the amount of lightly salted water briefly and then simmer over medium heat for about 50 minutes.
