Ideal for a warming dal, traditional kitchari or nourishing soups, this high-quality organic ingredient is a valuable source of plant-based protein.

Preparation instructions:

  • Soaking time: none
  • Cooking time: approx. 45 to 60 minutes
  • Simmer gently in sufficient water with the lid on. Add salt only after cooking.
