Description
The Organic Japan Matcha Daily by Demmer consists of 100% premium green tea powder sourced from certified organic agriculture. Only tender, young tea leaves are harvested for this specialty, which are then slowly ground into an ultra-fine powder using traditional stone mills.
In the bowl or glass, it features a vibrant jade-green colour and a characteristic profile that is pleasantly crisp with a subtle hint of bitterness. It is excellent for daily enjoyment and provides the perfect base for a homemade matcha latte.
Preparation Recommendation:
Whisk with a small amount of hot water until frothy, then top up as desired with warm or cold dairy milk or plant-based alternatives such as oat or almond drink.
