Description
The Acerola is a cherry-like fruit with 30 times more vitamin C than lemons. It is one of the most vitamin C-rich fruits in the world.
The aronia berry is also rich in natural vitamin C, but is best known for its high content of anthocyanins and OPC (like in grape seeds).
Recommended use:
- Stir 1 heaping teaspoon into liquid daily or sprinkle over food.
- For people with increased needs (eg smokers or people with colds), the dose can be taken several times a day.
