The No. 7 Fountain of Youth by Dr. Weyrauch is based on magnesium citrate. The magnesium used for the supplements comes from hawthorn, galangal, rosemary, gingko and lemon balm. The Fountain of Youth supplements also include green tea extract, grape seeds and linseeds. Proanthocyanidins (OPC), catechins (anthocyanidins), quercetin and a natural vitamin E round off the recipe.
