The Keto-Check test kit contains colour-changing indicator sticks for measuring the ketones in your urine.

Use:

1. Take 1 strip and immerse the test field completely in the urine for 1 second, then pull it out and shake off any excess liquid. You can also hold the test into a stream of urine for one second.
2. Wait 40 seconds.
3. Compare the colour of the test field with the ketone colour chart on the packaging.
4. Read the corresponding value. (Ignore any discolouration that occurs after more than 40 seconds)
