Description
Amla oil is one of the oldest oil is skin and hair care in the scope of Ayurvedic teachings. It is made of dried amla fruits that are particularly rich in vitamin C and linoleic acid. The oil firms the skin, prevents wrinkles and is recommended for skin concerns. The oil offers positive effects for hair care, too: it stimulates the roots of the hair, prevents premature greying, strengthens the hair, prevents hair loss and counteracts dandruff formation.
Application:
- Hair and scalp: apply 2 tablespoons of oil to the scalp and leave on overnight. Use once a week.
- Dry and brittle hair: apply the oil with your fingertips to the affected areas.
- Skin and body: use as you would a conventional body cream.
