Description

These capsules contain a balanced dosage of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are perfect during stressful times. They are obtained from deep-sea cold water fish. Practical and easy in everyday life.

Recommended dose:

In the beginning:

  • Take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 capsules with dinner with a glass of water.
  • It is recommended to take the capsules for 1-3 months.

For continuous use after the initial phase:

  • Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
