Description
This organic tea is ideal after a heavy meal or if you have digestive problems. It contains peppermint, verbena, fennel and licorice.
Preparation:
- Put 1 sachet in a cup, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 3 minutes.
- Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.
