Description
The Organic "Relaxation" Herbal Tea mixture is ideal for an evening relaxation ritual. It contains lemon balm, orange leaves, verbena, lavender and chamomile flowers.
Preparation:
- Put 1 sachet in a cup, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 3 minutes.
- Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.
Notes: Store the pack in a cool, dry place.
