This diced jackfruit is obtained from young jackfruit. It is sourced from trees that grow on EU-certified organic farms.
It has a neutral taste with a consistency that is similar to meat which makes it a great option for vegan meals. Whether cooking or frying, diced jackfruit is sure to delight!
Recipe tip:
- Heat vegetable oil or coconut oil in a pan and sauté the diced jackfruit over medium heat. Stir a few times and season to taste with spices, salt and pepper.
Note: The unopened package can be stored at room temperature. Please refrigerate after opening and use it up within a few days.
