Mild plants like dandelion leaves, daisies, lemon balm, ivy, sage and fennel make up this tea.

Eva Aschenbrenner recommends drinking about a litre of the tea divided into several cups over the course of the day.

Serving tips

  • Brew 2 heaped teaspoons with 250 ml of boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes. Then strain and enjoy!
