Description

This high-quality mouth pulling oil is based on a tried and tested Ayurvedic recipe and combines the benefits of traditional use with finely balanced ingredients. The unique blend of organic sesame oil, organic coconut oil and organic hemp oil is complemented by pure natural essential oils which give it a pleasantly fresh flavour. Directions for use:

  • Start your morning dental care routine by brushing your teeth. Then clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner.
  • Next, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of mouth pulling oil in your mouth and gargle briskly with it, vigorously flushing it around your mouth, for about 5 minutes as you pull it through the gaps between your teeth.
  • The oil will gradually become more watery.
  • Do not swallow it - spit it into a paper towel and dispose of it with your household waste.
  • Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after each step.
