This high-quality mouth pulling oil is based on a tried and tested Ayurvedic recipe and combines the benefits of traditional use with finely balanced ingredients. Directions for use:
- Start your morning dental care routine by brushing your teeth. Then clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner.
- Next, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of mouth pulling oil in your mouth and gargle briskly with it, vigorously flushing it around your mouth, for about 5 minutes as you pull it through the gaps between your teeth.
- The oil will gradually become more watery.
- Do not swallow it - spit it into a paper towel and dispose of it with your household waste.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after each step.
