Description
This set consists of a total of 6 glasses and screw on lids.
The lids have two pieces - a plate lid and a screw ring connector. It's important to replace the metal lid with the silicone attachments used for fermenting during the active fermentation process. The silicon attachments can still be screwed in place using the metal screw ring connector. After the active fermentation process (usually 5-7 days), the fermentation attachment can be swapped out for the metal plate lid. Make sure to store your fermented foods cold.
