Description
This brilliant-red, aromatic paprika gives food a beautiful colour and a fruity, mild taste. It is indispensable in all kinds of goulash, fish, poultry and lamb and offers spreads, vegetables, soups and cheese great flavour.
The paprika is cultivated by organic farmers in the region of Szeged in southern Hungary. The paprika is planted and harvested by hand from mid September to mid October. After a ripening phase of 2-3 weeks, the paprikas are ground on a stone mill and an excellent paprika powder is formed.
