Description
This tea is made of dried green oats that are harvested just before flowering and are processed into tea.
- Green oats (Avenae herba stramentum)
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
