Description
Green oat herb tea for yout teacup. The plant-based recipe contains carefully selected oat herb and contains no animal-derived ingredients or added flavourings. The tea is ideal for enjoyable breaks during the day.
Preparation:
- Pour boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon, approx. 1 to 2 g.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink 1 cup of tea between meals 3 to 4 times daily.
