Description
Horsetail tends to be green to grey-green in colour. In this tea, it was finely chopped and dried.
- Horsetail (Equiseti herba)
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
