Description
The flavour of the Milk Thistle tea (Cardui mariae herba) is slightly salty and bitter, but ultimately very intense. Only carefully selected raw materials are used for the herbal tea.
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
