Description
The Kruut Ayurveda Shot combines a traditional recipe of naturally cloudy Demeter apple cider vinegar and raw wildflower honey with regional quince and signature Ayurvedic botanicals. This liquid composition features extracts of ginger, turmeric, ashwagandha, black pepper, saffron, and cardamom.
Using the specialised HDCX® process (High-range Deep Cell Extraction), organic wild plants are macerated over several weeks. This multi-stage method ensures a high density of secondary plant metabolites in gentle raw food quality, achieved entirely without the use of heat.
The Vitamin C included contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. This recipe is a practical companion for the office, sports, or as a fresh start to your day.
