Description
In Ayurveda, pitta dosha stands for fire, dynamism and transformation. However, when this energy gets out of hand, whether due to summer temperatures, spicy food or a demanding daily routine, the inner balance can be noticeably shaken. This finely balanced herbal composition utilises the traditional cooling properties of amalaki and winter melon (Benincasa hispida). Complemented by fine spices such as saffron, cardamom and nutmeg, the recipe aims to gently regulate excess heat. Agni is harmoniously supported without fuelling it further.
Recommended dosage: Take 10 g twice a day about 1/2 hour before a meal with warm milk.
