Description

At the heart of the recipe are powerful extracts of guggul and kanchanar, which have been traditionally used for centuries to harmonise imbalances. This duo is complemented by the popular three-fruit Triphala and fiery Pippali, which, according to Ayurvedic teachings, ignites Agni. Especially when Vata and Kapha are out of balance, this blend helps you to find your inner centre again.

Recommended dosage: Take 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day with warm milk or warm water.
