Description
This tea blend by Maharishi Ayurveda contributes to overall balance. Liquorice, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger lends the tea its sweet aroma without the inclusion of any additives. Enjoy after a stressful day at the office or on cold, windy days.
Preparation:
- Brew 1 tea bag in 250 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. Add raw cane sugar and/or milk and lemon if desired. Since the tea has a strong flavour, we recommend only one tea bag per pot.

- Avoid excessive consumption in cases of high blood pressure
