Description

A delicate spicy mixture of cold-pressed sunflower seed and rapeseed oil with extracts of dill, basil and tarragon. This spicy salad oil is great in salads, dressings and dips of all kinds but also enhances fish dishes, quark dishes or vegetable soups.

Spicy salad oil is a blend of two different cold-pressed organic vegetable oils: rapeseed oil and sunflower oil. The healthy mix also contains an extract from fresh herbs, containing dill, tarragon and basil.

This spice trio is suitable for flavouring tomato and cucumber salads, fish, cottage cheese dishes and for refining vegetable soups. Also good for dressings and dips with yoghurt or sour cream. This spicy salad oil blends extremely well with a bit of fresh parsley or chives.

How to use the oil:

  • This oil can be served warm or cold and can also be cooked with. Use it for marinades or as a seasoning oil, as the fresh spices mean you won't have to double spice your dishes.
