This pumpkin seed flour was made from unroasted pumpkin seeds, which were gently de-oiled and finely ground. It contains vegetable protein and about 15% fibre. This rare flour is an excellent choice for many dishes! It makes the ideal ingredient for fresh bread and fresh rolls.
