To make this flour, fresh chia seeds were gently defatted and ground. This product contains about 7% chia oil as well as vegetable proteins and fibre. The flour is perfect for thickening sauces and soups and is gluten-free. This flour can also be used for vegan cuisine.

Please note:

A daily intake of 15 g should not be exceeded.
