Description
Made from Moroccan Argan nuts that are harvested, cracked and roasted by hand before being cold pressed. This allows a nutty, exotic taste to develop. Suitable for hot and cold dishes and ideal for the final touches in North African cuisine.
Argan oil is suitable for both cold and hot dishes. Due to its fatty acid spectrum, argan oil can also be used for frying.
Argan oil is especially recommended for refining pasta sauces, dips, salads, fish or meat dishes. Add a few drops of oil for a nutty flavour!
Tip:
- Drizzle a teaspoon of argan oil over your dish after serving.
