This high-quality oil is cold-pressed from yellow Martigena mustard seeds. It has an extremely low content of erucic acid - less than 1%. A balanced ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids plus the great flavour make the oil perfect for salads, vegetables, fish and meat dishes.
The Martigena mustard seeds used in this oil come from Germany and Austria.
