This oil is cold-pressed from wheatgerm and ultrafiltered. It is rich in unsaturated omega-6 fatty acids and vitamin E (200-300 mg per 100 ml oil).
The delicious grain-like taste goes wonderfully with vegetables, rice, noodles or potatoes. Try a little drizzled over salad to add additional flavour and nutrients! The oil can also be used in cosmetics or as a massage oil. It is very popular as a massage oil for pregnant women.
