Description
Mount Feather tea is harvested only in the spring. It is characterised by straight and tightly rolled leaves. The word mount refers to the fact that the tea leaves resemble the mountain tops in a Chinese ink painting. Feather refers to the sheen of white hair that covers the tea leaves before they are processed. This tea is much appreciated by many green tea drinkers and is known as one of the top ten teas in China.
Preparation:
- Add 2 g of Mount Feather to 200 ml of hot water (80 °C) and leave to brew for about 3 - 5 minutes.
