The organic coconut blossom sugar by Purasana is obtained from the nectar of the coconut flower. It is an unrefined brown sugar, and has an aromatic, intense flavour and has a sweet caramel flavour. Perfect for desserts, pastries or shakes. The coconut blossom sugar adds a dark colour.
Recommended Use:
- Perfect as an addition to baby food, fruit purees, desserts, pastries, cereals, or to sweeten smoothies. Also suitable for cocktails.
