Description
Purasana's psyllium seed powder naturally contains valuable fibre. The powder is made from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant, which grows in India. The powder is very gently processed.
Preparation :
- Mix 5 g in 200 ml of fruit or vegetable juice.
Notes:
- Store in a dry place and close tightly after each use.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
