Application:

  • Warm up your hands, then gently massage the oil onto your lower stomach, lower back and thighs and let the oil take effect.
  • Use several times a day as needed.
  • A blanket, hot-water bottle or cherry pit pillow provide additional warmth for more well-being!

Tip:

  • If you regularly suffer from severe pain during your period, you can start the massage in the second half of your cycle or a few days before your period starts.
