The organic beetroot powder by Raab Vitalfood can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen. For example, to make red smoothies and vegetable juices, salad dressings, soups and much more. To prepare a smoothie, stir about one heaped tablespoon (14 g) of the powder into 500 ml of liquid. The powder is also ideal for colouring pasta, cake or pizza dough.
