Description
Barley grass belongs to the sweet grass family. The term refers to the tender green leaves of young barley plants. Raab Vitalfood organic barley grass is ideal for adding to smoothies, fruit and vegetable juices, shakes and soups.
Recommended intake:
Mix approx. 2 teaspoons (3.5 g each) of barley grass powder into 250 ml of liquid and drink.
