Description
This organic psyllium husk powder is sourced from certified organic psyllium cultivation in India. It is derived from the husks of the Plantago ovata seeds, gently processed and finely ground to create an especially pure powder with excellent swelling properties – completely free from additives. Careful processing ensures top quality and versatile use in the kitchen.
Whether for baking, cooking, or as an addition to drinks, this powder impresses with its natural purity and pleasantly neutral taste.
Recommended use:
Stir 1 teaspoon (3 g) of psyllium husk powder into 250 ml of liquid (e.g. water or juice) once a day and drink quickly. Then drink 250-500 ml of water.
Tip:
- The powder is also ideal as a plant-based gelling aid. For example, for preparing fruit puddings.
- The high degree of grinding makes it ideal for baking bread.

- Not suitable for children and adolescents.
