Recommended use:
Add 1 teaspoon (3 g each) of curcuma powder daily to 250 ml of liquid, e.g. fruit juices, vegetable juices, smoothies, shakes or warm soup.
Tip: The powder is also suitable for adding colour and flavour to a variety of foods.
