Description
"Ribe" is a delicately aromatic rice that is particularly suitable for creamy risotto preparations. It is grown in Italy's Piedmont region, irrigated with fresh mountain water and cultivated by experienced organic farmers. In addition to smooth and creamy risotto, it can also be used to make paella and rice pudding, added to soups or as fillings.
Manufacturer's recommendations for preparation:
Risotto for 4 servings: sauté 250 g rice in a little butter or olive oil with chopped onion until translucent, deglaze with white wine or broth. Gradually add hot broth and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly - until the risotto is smooth and creamy.
Classic rice preparation for 4 servings: bring 250 g of rice to the boil with twice the amount of water and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
